Dr. Katherine Alexander helps senior management solve their most complex people and organizational problems, including who to hire for key roles, how to identify and promote talent and potential, and when and how to meaningfully develop executives and teams. She also advises private equity firms on which management teams to invest in and how to hire and integrate CEOs and executives for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Kilberry, Katherine was a consultant with Korn Ferry Hay Group in their Toronto office where she specialized in leadership assessment, development, and employee engagement. She has also held talent management and leadership development roles at Canadian Tire.
Katherine is licensed as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University.
