Dr. Richard Davis is President of Kilberry and a CEO advisor.
Dr. Katherine Alexander is an Organizational Psychologist and Senior Advisor.
Richard Davis         Ph.D.
Dr. Richard Davis advises key executives in sports/entertainment, banking, technology, private equity, retail, manufacturing, and media. He has extensive experience working with CEO’s globally, including those leading Fortune 100 companies or who are otherwise in the public eye.
Prior to founding Kilberry, he was a Partner at RHR International, where he led the Private Equity Services practice in Canada. Earlier, he was an entrepreneur and owned a media company focused on the education and healthcare industries. Richard is author of the bestselling book, The Intangibles of Leadership, which reveals the subtle nuances in behaviour and character that differentiate extraordinary leaders.
Richard is licensed as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He received his M.A. at Boston University, and his Ph.D. at York University. He has held board positions in various not-for-profit organizations, most recently as President of the Board of Directors at Leo Baeck Day School.
Katherine Alexander         Ph.D.
Dr. Katherine Alexander helps senior management solve their most complex people and organizational problems, including who to hire for key roles, how to identify and promote talent and potential, and when and how to meaningfully develop executives and teams. She also advises private equity firms on which management teams to invest in and how to hire and integrate CEOs and executives for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Kilberry, Katherine was a consultant with Korn Ferry Hay Group in their Toronto office where she specialized in leadership assessment, development, and employee engagement. She has also held talent management and leadership development roles at Canadian Tire.
Katherine is licensed as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University.
Anuradha Chawla         Ph.D.
Dr. Anuradha Chawla serves as a senior advisor to senior executives on some of their most difficult leadership challenges. As an advisor and executive coach, she specializes in succession planning, executive selection and on-boarding executives to help them manage predictable yet crucial challenges of the first year.
Prior to joining Kilberry, Anuradha was a senior consultant at the Toronto offices of Right Management (part of the Manpower Group of Companies), where she led the coaching and assessment practices for Canada. Previously, she worked at RHR International, Development Dimensions International, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Anuradha was awarded an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the University of Guelph in Ontario and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
Matt Spielman         Ph.D.
Matt is a Senior Consultant at Kilberry and head of Inflection Point Partners, based in New York, NY. He is an experienced executive coach and advisor around leadership strategy.
Prior to his work in maximizing the performance of leaders, Matt worked as an executive for over 20 years in sales, marketing, and business development roles, in the fields of technology, digital media and entertainment for both startup and Fortune 500 organizations. Matt recently served the role as the Chief Revenue Officer of We are The Mighty, a digital media company creating content that celebrates the service of the military. Prior to this, Matt served SVP of Strategy and Innovation for Moxie, a digital media agency within the Publicis Groupe, where Matt led the L’Oreal USA Digital relationship and focused on introducing digital innovation across L’Oreal’s portfolio of brands.
Matt also spent six years at MTV Networks, a division of Viacom, where he helped deploy marketing initiatives that leverage the entirety of the portfolio of properties and across all mediums. He also co-led the launch of a VC initiative and started an internal agency. Matt began his tenure at mtvU, MTV’s college network acquired to reach the college audience. Matt began his career at Morgan Stanley as a financial analyst in fixed income.
Matt is a graduate of Harvard Business School and received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia College, where he earned national honors playing baseball.
Rebecca Slan Jerusalim         Ph.D.
Dr. Rebecca Slan Jerusalim serves as a senior advisor to executives, helping leaders to optimize talent. Her areas of specialty include talent strategies for selection, development and succession, executive coaching, competency modeling, and top team effectiveness. She has worked extensively with many Fortune 500 companies, and across industries, with particular focus on financial services, pharma, and consumer products.
Prior to joining Kilberry, Rebecca worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Principal in the firm’s Assessment and Succession practice. She led many large scale engagements to address a variety of talent needs. Her responsibilities also included bringing the firm’s diversity and inclusion programs, particularly in Advancing Women, to the Canadian market, and acting as the Canadian Manager of Assessment Services. Previously, Rebecca worked at several smaller boutique firms, including MICA Consulting Partners (now part of LHH Knightsbridge), and ran her own practice.
Rebecca is licensed as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph in Ontario, where she specialized in leadership succession issues. She is an active board member, currently chairing the HR committee of an education non-profit organization.
