Dr. Dale Bricker Joins Kilberry
TORONTO, ON, August 30, 2017 – Kilberry, a leading firm of organizational psychologists specializing in executive assessment and development, is pleased to announce that Dr. Dale Bricker has joined as Senior Consultant in the Toronto office. In his role, Dr. Bricker serves as an advisor to senior executives in North America and abroad on some of their most critical business and people challenges.
Dr. Bricker has spent the past decade practicing as a clinical psychologist where he gained valuable experience working with a diverse clientele, including high net worth professionals and executives. His experience also includes serving as part of management of a flagship behavioural healthcare group, where he led a clinical team and oversaw operational performance and quality of care delivery.

Dr. Bricker holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management where he studied organizational development, change management and strategy. Dale is currently a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa and is in the process of registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
